The Dustopper PRO does not cause bucket collapse. Collapse occurs when vacuum pressure exceeds the strength of the collection bucket. Tools such as palm sanders often have narrow hoses or a crevice tool that restrict airflow, potentially allowing excessive vacuum pressure to develop. We recommend using a sturdy bucket like our Dustopper Bucket which is 90-mil thick designed to withstand vacuum pressure and maintaining adequate airflow through the system.

Ā Avoid operating the vacuum with airflow restricted, and stop the vacuum immediately if the bucket begins to deform.
